How much do I pay for delivery service ad how long will my order take to arrive?

  • Free shipping: Delivery time 5-7 business days – FREE
  • USPS Priority Express Shipping (1-2 business days):

Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time (Express 1-Day Delivery or Express 2-Day Delivery).

Priority Mail Express 1-Day Delivery items for orders placed before 8:30 a.m. EST are scheduled for delivery on the second business day.

Priority Mail Express 2-Day Delivery items for orders placed after 8:30 a.m. EST are scheduled for delivery on the third business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST and all orders of Neoprene Jackets will be processed the following business day.

  • International Shipping: simply provide your contact details and billing address upon checkout, and the corresponding shipping fees will be automatically calculated.
  • Other shipping methods are available upon request.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, PO Box, etc.)

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made

Can I track my order?

Yes, in “my orders” section in “my account” you can see the status of your order. Click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

How does Pre-Order work?

Some products are available in pre-order mode  at the discount price. By providing your Credit Card information you give us a permission to authorize a charge for the indicated amount and we guarantee you the special-preorder price. Your  credit card will NOT be charged until the product is shipped. Once the product is available for shipping, your credit card will be charged and you will be notified via email. The pre-authorization will be automatically released after 30 days if  the product is not available for shipping.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
